The two lights I purchased arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition. They are task lights and are doing an outstanding job. The slim design fits perfectly under my cabinet. I would definitely order from you folks again when the need arises. Also would recommend you company to others.

Nice undercounter lights - used in my kitchen. Good light. However at $4 a piece the 25 Watt G-8 bulbs don't last more than a month or two of 4 hour a day use.

I bought under-cabinet lighting from Home Depot but struggled over the thought of installing a cheap lighting system in a $60,000. kitchen remodel. For once, I listened to my wife. I took a chance and ordered Linear lights from Lighting Universe. They shipped quickly and to my surprise, the quality of the lights went way beyond my expectations. If the quality of my linear lighting is any indication of the kind of quality I can expect from other products from Lighting Universe, they certainly will be getting a lot more of my business as my remodel spreads to other rooms in my house.

This unit is completely acceptable for under cabinet illumination. The description, however, is not completely accurate. It states there is one complimentary lamp included. Actually there are 2 included and the unit arrive safely and intact. You may want to research replacement lamps as the 2 are different, and your local retailer may not stock both types. I did find them available from other on-line sources, at a reasonable price, but if you live rurally as I do they may not be readily available. Other than that, the unit was completely acceptable.

Our LHC-halogen hardwired undercabinet light fixture is exactly as avertised. The online description was complete and accurate. It's 2-level lighting is a definte plus for our use. It is a good-looking unit. Delivery was timely. In short: complete satisfaction.

Shadow from spotlight bulb keeps photo cell in "on" state all the time. Do not use on close to the ground mounted spotlight bulbs.

I replaced fluorescent lights with six of these halogen and xenon lights. The advantage is the warmer (less stark white) light, which improves the atmosphere of my kitchen. They are significantly hotter (temp) than fluorescent. The dual intensity switch is convenient to dim them, using less electricity & producing less heat. They are also dimmer compatible. Take note of the different wattages - my 4-bulb halogen unit actually came with 20 watts/lamp while the 3-bulb unit uses 35 watt lamps & is actually brighter. Minor drawback: cover is slightly flimsy and knockouts are tough to remove.

It produces great lighting on the backsplash and counter. The overall installation was relatively easy. The only cons are are follows: 1. The lamp (t2) is VERY fragile and very expensive. I broke one putting it in and had to spend $20 on a replacement. 2. the overall length under the cabinet must include enough space for the plug tab (as seen in photo) and the plug tat goes in it; so, for a 28" cabinet, don't get a 28" fixture.

I LOVE my new touch dimmer. I have a metal stemmed torchiere. Once you plug it into the touch dimmer, all you have to do is touch the stem to get a low, medium or high light. It was rather expensive, but in this case, totally worth it!

I did some research and in spite of seeing a couple of negative reviews elsewhere against American Lighting, I chose these and am glad I did! The LED types were "novelty-priced" way too high. I'm not sure I'd see ROI in my lifetime. I did not want to deal with transformers on the low voltage ones. And, the 120v pucks that were considerably cheaper from the box stores, were wiring nightmares. These can be daisy-chained, whereas the one's from the box stores had each light wired back to a hub, which can only handle four lights. Because I had 20, I envisioned as wiring scheme that rivaled March Madness tournament brackets. One other thing I did not think about, but accidentally did right, was taking great care in positioning. Our granite countertops reflect like a mirror. Having spaced my lights at 9" on-center and at 18" high, I have very even light distribution on the work surface. The boss (Think wife) really likes that...

The light bulb has already burned out on this product. It's only on in the night for approx. 10 hours. That's 1,825 hrs so far; there should be another 6,175 hrs (617 days) left of use. NOT WITH THIS UNIT! This is the second unit we've bought because the bulb is very hard to find to replace. We are looking for a totally different unit so we don't have the 'bulb issue' anymore!!!
