There are no other words to describe the beauty of this piece. I had it set on a dimmer and the color is spectacular. My only suggestion is to put it in a large enough room so you can appreciate the leaves. I have mine in a room where you can't back up enough to appreciated them. It's not a big deal, because the glass it the show-stopper.

Placed two in the master bedroom to frame a large, contemporary, Ethan Allan round mirror. They arrived in perfect condition sooner than expected, and look better than similar sconces we viewed at local lighting stores.

The glass was a light gray instead of an amber color. Which is how this picture appears to me. Maybe I just got a bad couple, but I was disappointed. For me, I was expecting better materials. I chose to just keep them, because I didn't want to deal with returning them.

Beautiful fixture, and it casts a very cool looking shadow on the ceiling, however, it's much more gold in real life, than the pictures. Still, I like it a lot.

The sconce is beautiful, but very hard to install & put together. Had to return fixture twice as glass was broken in the box. Too dificult to attach the glass to the fixture.

I've worked with Jessica McClintock fixtures before so I was very comfortable ordering these. But for anyone not familiar, they're high quality with a very nice finish. I put them in a bathroom remodel project that was approx $45,000 and they look great!

The Sanguesa line by Metropolitan lighting dissapointed me for two reasons.. The Wall Torchiere and the semi-flush mount are mainly made from resin. That's not what I'd consider to be "heirloom quality" as the tag says. This fixture is at least glass and metal. The glass of this had A lot more amber color and cast more designs in the light also. Making it seem to be a slightly larger fixture. I was worried about it because it was so much smaller than the one that I was taking down. I almost didn't get it because I thought it was to dainty.

The sconces are perfect match for my miror in the half-bath. I loved the fact that if there were any scratches made during the instalation a small applicater of the finish was provided to touch up the sconce.

I am more of a touch it feel it kind of shopper, especially when it comes to a very visable important piece like a light fixture above a dining table. I was very leary about ording on line, but when this pendant arrived my fears vanished and I fell in love with it. It is beautiful, well made and so dramatic (while still being very contemparary)that it is most definitly the center piece of our dining area. I just kept looking at it and saying wow I love this light fixture. It was shipped and delivered exacty when Lighting Universe said it would be. My husband installed it himself. He said the sliding cables were a little difficult to figure out, but once he did, it went up easiy. He loves the pendant too.

Very nice lights - however they weigh over 200 pounds - make sure you have the support for this weight. Great prices too!
