I bought this for a bedroom ceiling and found that it doesn't give enough light, and the trim rings (while vary attractive) prevent any light from reflecting on the ceiling and upper parts of the side walls. It directs the light downward. I like the look but not the light. Choose it for places you want mostly down light, and not a lot of it.

The "sky" blue globes are not the color of the sky I know. They are more of a periwinkle blue...definitely more of a purple tint to them.

We also had an issue with one of the fixture "stems" not being welded perfectly straight.

Fixture lacks a housing for insulation between canopy and fixture, so can only be used on very high ceilings where no view of it in profile is ever possible

I had these pendants hanging (three) over our bar in the great room of our home. Loved the retro look and the copper trim over alabaster. Our home burned in the Calif wildfires in Oct and I was thrilled to find these lights again!

I was looking for a simple ceiling light that didn't look too modern or too traditional. This is perfect. I will probably buy more this size and the next size down (11 in.). We didn't install it ourselves, so I don't know if it was easy or hard.

I have had this three light pendant for a year now and have had to replace the cord and socket assembly three times now. Renoma Lighting was not willing to replace the entire unit, only parts. Looks great above our counter but not when one or two of the lights don't work.

Want lots of light? Then you need lots of power. This sconce fits a 150 watt Hallogen bulb, and the design of the fixture and the frosted glass lets lots of that light escape into your room. The fixture is simple and elegant, and the price is right!

The overall quality is good i.e. worth the money. However, the instructions were more confusing than helpful. There was no diagram or parts list. After a few minutes of staring I realized the center bolt (and assembly) which attaches the fixture to the t-bar in the ceiling was missing all together. A quick trip to the local hardware store was faster than waiting for the part (although i didn't call and complain). As a minor comment, because of the design, changing bulbs is not easy. You have to hold the glass dish and metal ring support in one hand while trying to line up screw holes which is a bit awkward, though not too tough.

Watch out with this one.

The pendants are tiny and made of plastic.

It looks like there are down rods, but this is a free handing pendant.

The thing came packed in tons and tons of paper, but it did make it intact.

The "instructions" are terrible and cheap and easily misplaced within the mountains of packing paper.

All in all, not a very good "deal"... We usually don't get burned from this site, so this was a surprise.

After buying 2 new bulbs (difficult to find and expensive @ $6/each) I discovered the actual unit was defective. I had to buy new parts and convert the fixture to an incandescent fixture before it could be used.

This wasn't a very expensive sconce, so I was a little leery about the quality. But I needed a contemporary one that hugged the wall somewhat, and was horizontal instead of vertical. This fit the bill. I was pleasantly surprised when I received it. It looks very nice. The only part of it I'm not wild about is the "wood grain" section in the center of the bottom frame. It isn't particularly wood-like, but it's such a small part of the lamp that it doesn't stand out.

I am annoyed that the warning stickers are placed so I cannot reach in and remove the them. So when I look up at the light I can read the 2 warnings. I understand you need to put warnings on this, but does it have to be impossible-to-remove stickers that remain on the light and are clearly readable when you look at it????Reduculous!

I have now received a total of 3 of these lamps. One came with a major dent in the face plate, and without the mounting bracket. The next 2 came with minor scratches on the faceplate, which I could not remove, but reluctantly decided to live with.
The manufacturer obviously does not take adequate protective measures when working with brushed stainless steel, and so I would not recommend the product.

Bought 3 of these fixtures. they looked great over our breakfast bar for about 8 weeks until on shorted out - sizzled and popped. ordered a replacement fixture and before it arrived a second one shorted out. I have contacted the manufacturer about the problem and gotten no response.

Received tis pendant in one piece, though the color of the glass was described as carmel swirl, the color of the glass is nothing close to carmel but more like wine, very purple red, and very dark. There is also an embossing of a floral pattern around the top of the bowl which was not mentioned and is not in keeping with the design of the fixture. The hanging and lamping of the fixture is completely rinky dink. I apparantly purchased this item on clearance though this was not mentioned either, full price would have been ridiculous for this fixture, as it is I can't return it. Not happy!

This fixture, when installed and operated produced a burning smell. Upon removal and inspection, the units wires were found to have burned insulation and there were burn/scorch marks on the unit itself.

It is a fire hazard that could have started a house fire.

DO NOT purchase this unit!

I bought the green one, a much nicer, fresher looking green than the Web picture. It has nice smooth glossy layered glass. The inner-most layer is thiner than other layered glass fixture, and non-smooth, by design, to allow lights get through the glass. You get the un-even translucent light through the glass, which is absolutely beautiful, much nicer than any of the pictures. The bottom is sealed, and top is open. You get lights through the glass and the top. I need more sconces for a high ceiling area. I tried many other contemporary glass sconces in bigger sizes, none of them come close to this one in quality and beauty. Most of them have so many air bubbles in the glass. I finally settled for Vaxel Milano sconces, which are nice, but not as elegant. If you like contemporary glass, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this if the size fits your need.

The description says clear white glass. There is actually a larger clear globe which fits over a smaller white globe. The clear globes are cheap and crooked. The white plastic pieces at the top of the globe and that hold the wire at the mount are super cheap and tacky looking. The metal base has started oxidizing within two weeks of purchase. The instructions are a hand drawn sketch of how to put the two different glass globes together. I don't think this light fixture was worth the money spent, it fills the space and will do for now, but it will be replaced eventually.
