We are very pleased with our foyer light. Although not overly expensive ($260+), it appears to be made of good quality material and construction. We have it lighting a stairway and it gives plenty of light - and looks pretty but does not dominate the space.

The attachment between the wall plate and the base is not solid - 4 screws should have been provided instead of 2 - so whenever the arm of the lamp is moved, one has the impression that the fixture is detaching from the wall. Also it is not possible to install the "shade" as the ring pops out. Please note that I brought an electrician to review my istallation and he could not resolve the 2 problems that I was had encountered. I am disappointed.

This lighting fixture is fabulous! The picture really does not do it justice becuase it is a beautiful piece. It was very easy to install also. Although it is small in size, it gives off a soft bright light. I would recommend this fixture.

I really like this sconce. The only thing my husband doesn't like is that he feels it appears a bit "spindly" i.e. he would want the piece that extends down to be thicker. But I feel the quality is good and even though it isn't installed yet, we feel it will look lovely in the space.

I ordered three for my masterbath in polished nickel. they arrived --clearly not polished nickel but a chrome finish. did not match my polished nickel kohler fixtures.

This product looks better in the picture. barely polished nickel..must be overlay, feels more like plastic.

I have 40watt bulbs in the fixtures, and can only leave them on for a very short time. the white candle stick part is melting.

luckily they were for my basement.

Backordered and had to wait longer than I wanted - but they are beautiful! The picture does not do them justice - the light behind it shows the alabaster veins beautifully - we are going to put on dimmer switches and they will be twice a beautiful I am sure. I ordered the antique alabaster with the white-washed accent which is very soft and would go with most any decor. One little problem - they came with no directions and no screws for the wall-plate mounting, and regular bulbs are too round - need the flame shaped bulbs.

These lamps are just what I needed. A Victorian type light, which is what I wanted and it is gorgeously intricately made. Quality is excellent. A very nice addition to my decor. The lighting it emits is very good and suits my needs. The patina is gorgeous.

The fixture proved too small for the space. The ceiling is twelve feet high, and the lighting inadequate. Not the fault of the fixture, just the wrong one for this application.

The rod that comes through the fixture wasn't alligned strait and if I attempt to bend it into shape it will break at the base. This makes for a crooked look, because the top cover doesn't line up with the glass globe. Other than that, I got what I paid for. I probably wouldn't buy one again because of that problem with quality.

Light did not come with installation instructions but it was pretty easy to figure out how to put it together. Also it was missing screws to attach to the ceiling. Fortunately we had some on hand that worked so it did not require a trip to the hardware store.

My husband gave me a wall lamp for a gift, but it did not have the metal plate to hide the cord that hangs down the wall to the plug. The picture on the website appeared to be what I was looking for, but after waiting more than two weeks for it to arrive, it is a part for a lamp, and is not what I thought I was ordering. The description also led me to believe that you could do a 90 degree turn with the cord, but that would not be possible with what I received.

We installed these as beside reading lights - they look great! They do get hot but once they are set directionally - we never adjust them. Adjustment does take some patience, as it's very easy to loosen the bulb from it's attachment -

This fixture appears lovely on the monitor, but, in fact, is poor quality. The glass portion is cheap and the "metal" is fake.
It arrived with numerous defects (black marks in (not on) the glass, scrapes and blemishes on the faux metal, and so on)

Although we liked the style of this fixture, within a few weeks the bulbs began to burn out. When replaced, the bulbs burned out again within a day or two. LightingUniverse sent a replacement that had exactly the same problem! Nulco wanted to send a 3rd fixture before issuing a credit. We did not want to incur the expense of having our electrician install yet another faulty light, so LightingUniverse worked out the credit & we are thrilled w/the Holtkotter chandelier we purchased.

The image on line has amber looking colored crystals with smaller clear crystals. The soft pink color crystals through me off when it arrived. I decided to keep it because my girls fell in love with the pink. I was not expecting to attach so much of the crystals either. I've yet to get it hanged up because I'm waiting for my bathroom to be tiled.

I'm sure it will be just right for the small bath and look forward to seeing it up.
