I purchased a large TV cabinet with hideous pulls. The salesman assured me that it would be very easy to replace them. Home Depot, Lowes and local hardware stores do not carry 2.5 inch pulls. A wholesale dealer had two samples, but told me they were so ugly, don't bother coming in.

I went online and your site had just what I was looking at a reasonable price. The delivery was fast and the product good.

These beautiful, solid ring pulls are just what we needed to solve a design glitch in our new kitchen. We have a space where a cabinet door is directly at right angles from the dishwasher with no room for a knob or pull. Be sure and read the measurements carefully. The hook is too small to hang towels or large, fluffy robes. I was very disappointed in the size but I misread the measurements.

I needed a brass cabinet pull for our custom front dishwasher door and this fit the bill perfectly! Our kitchen has a combination of brass and stainless steel, and this cabinet pull mimics the shape of our refrigerator & oven door handles, while matching the brass knobs of our cabinet doors. We are very satisfied with the product, the delivery time and the company.

Everyone stated was more than true. When I encountered a problem, a phone call to the company and another part was mailed out. The deadbolt was installed in the follow weekend.

What more can I say- the cadillac of deadbolts is on the front door.

THE IMPORTANT THING IS THAT THESE NICKLE FINISH PULLS PLEASE MY WIFE, WHO DOES NOT LIKE BRASS COLORED ITEMS. IN THE STORES IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND NICKLE FINISH IN MANY ITEMS. THESE PULLS SEEM TO BE EXCELLENT QUALITY AND LOOK VERY NICE.

I purchased this product specifically because of the Baldwin name and quality received with their products in the past. Although the product still looks outstanding once installed, I was very disappointed in the changes to the quality of the materials used. The base appears to be make of much thinner metal.

Beautiful hardware! We had recently updated our home with new wood floors, a new kitchen with granite countertops, new baseboard and moldings and new paint colors. We wanted to upate our harware, so we selected the merchandise locally. In "shopping" the net, we found your website offered the same quality hardware at a lower cost. The installation instructions were sometimes missing from some of the boxes, but since we bought multiples of the same item, we used the instructions that did come in another box. The mail slot was just what we were looking for; a spring operated flap that can be mounted vertically. It is simply and well made. The finish is beautiful. The product description mentions this, but be aware that the inner flap is not spring operated and does not self-close when mounted vertically. Overall: a very good product!

Having put in new granite counters and stone vessel sinks we needed updated tumblers and brush holders. The Baldwin Brass model looked like the answer and turned out to be; however the site info didn't make clear that there is a top to the tumbler, with holes for the toothbrush(es). It is very handy. A very nice knob, a good amount of heft in the hand. I like the size of the globe and the chrome base really sets it all off. One feature I really like is that the chrome base actually has a bit of metal insert that seats it in to the door/drawer front giving a bit more stability. Love it.

This product is just the ticket for adding a safety latch to french wing door which generally only come with a twist latch - something that can be easily opened from the outside by merely sliding a piece of plastic through the space between the door and the frame.

It was great to find the drawer pulls on your site - couldn't find anything of the right size in the local Home Depot or Lowe's or hardware store. Needed pulls 4" long - a length that may have been common in the 1950s when my parents' bedroom set was made, but is not so common anymore. I was happy to find pulls that reflected the period and were "consistent" with those on other pieces on our newly refinished furniture!
