The picture light came with mounting brackets that were too large for my (or many) frames, there were no assembly instructions whatsoever, and the screws were so cheap that two of them stripped and I had to jerry-rig a system to keep the light in its proper place. Those are problems that lead me to recommend that this picture light NOT be purchased.

Met my expectations for quality and design. Arrived without any instructions for mounting which created some problem. does not have a on/off switch which is another problem.

Keep looking for a display light - don't buy this one. The light I received was assembled backwards - the light pointed up, and not down on the art like it should. Even without all of the quality issues, note that this light does not have an on/off switch, making it difficult to turn it on and off (unplug it),unless you have it plugged into a switched outlet. AND NO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS WERE INCLUDED. Overall, too much trouble and money for a crappy product.

I needed to reverse the wire to the left side, which required some disassemby and modifications, but otherwise it mounted just like other, similar fixtures. I think it's a bargain for a four-lamp fixture, and it looks and works great. OK, how about throwing in a $1 in-line switch.

The light was well packaged and arrived with no blemishes or other defects. No instructions but none were needed. Light may be mounted to the wall or the frame. I mounted it to the frame in about 10 minutes. The small bulbs spaced out across the light throw a nice even light across the painting. The dull "bronze" finish was unobtrusive - not taking attention away from the painting.

Loves these lights. Used them my kitchen remodel and loved them. Now have them installed in the laundry room over a desk unit. Trim design, easy to access bulbs if need to change, not bulky looking like other undercabinet fixtures of similar design. Xenon is great! So much cooler than halogen.

The lighting arrived with one damaged wire the the electricial fixed on site. Everything was easy to install. We are still tiling the wall and ceiling so I can not provide and long term evaluation.

My plan was to use 2 under kitchen cabnets and 2 in closets. Upon receipt I was disappointed with the closet lights. I thought they would be inadequate and returning them would be troublesome. I realized they wern't mis-represented by the poor photos and information provided by the site so I felt obliged to keep them. I installed them and they work fine. I guess there is a message here somewhere. Turned out to be OK but the photos and descriptions could be better.

Just had these installed today. I have three direct wired to one light switch. The brightness is just right. These fixtures look good (not cheap like so many under cabinet ones).

Fairly easy to install. Looks good when lit. would purchase again. Thinking of replacing the ones in my kitchen with this one.
