This product took forever to receive. After a couple of months, we recieved the product, wrong color, and badly damaged. Return was nearly impossible, and the new one took another couple of months. The holes for the vanity top did not accomodate a typical faucet. The drain for the vanity was nearly impossible to connect by a licensed master plumber-os=bviously designed for form-not function. without a doubt-the worst experience I have had with any product in many years of business.

The title of the basin says it all. It fits right in with my old house bath that was remodeled in the 1930's. The fixture is well-made, heavy and with a lovely finish. The only difficulty was finding a suitable single hole faucet, but we did.

This sink went into my business mens room. We replaced a traditional square white sink with this one. It offered the advantage of offset mounting and still centering it under the mirror using up some of the wasted space between the toilet partition and the mirror. It has a rather small bowl and it is pricy for the size yet it is a good fit for my application. The quality is certainly there. Workers do have some issues with the depth of the bowl when they come into the store for lunch and their hands are really dirty, but they do seem to get the job done anyway. Overall a unique sink which serves the purpose and certainly well made.

First the caveat, watch you drain. Not all drains will work with this vessel. Either get the duravit drain or download the duravit pdf install instructions and get one that will work. This is a great sink, I have 3 total and am planning a 4th. They finish is beautiful when clean, so another caveat is that if you live in an area with hard water, like Los Angeles, you'll need to wipe the bowl frequently after usage unless you can tolerate the water spots. Overall, highly recommended. Beautiful sink and amazing quality.

I'm thrilled with the 2nd floor drop-in sink by Duravit. It's absolutely gorgeous and looks perfect with our Hansgrohe wall-mount faucet. Installation was a breeze once the prep work was done. The faucet must be roughed in exactly at the centerline, and the countertop cutout sized and placed properly. Then the sink fits right into the hole with the top lip resting on the counter. We installed a push-button drain from Mountain plumbing instead of the grid style drain, and I'm very pleased with that as well. Overall, a great sink, though a little pricey.

The mirror is nice, but not what it is in the picture. The lights are on the long sides, instead of the short sides, so the mirror mounts differently, and is not what I really wanted. It is lovely for a different bathroom, but not quite right for the bathroom I planned it for.

Love the wall hung unit, would never order anything from fixture universe again, extremely poor customer service, i ordered the fixtures in april of 2007, was told 4 weeks til delivery, finally got the fixtures in september after countless calls and emails. make sure that it is in stock and leaving the warehouse that week if you order.

If you're looking for a small wash basin to put in your undersized powder room or second bathroom, this sink is for you. Protruding just over 8 inches from the wall, it is about the narrowest sink you can find. It was perfect for my extra narrow second bathroom, and there's so much more room now.

The instructions weren't exactly clear, but hanging it was super easy - only 2 carriage bolts, and it came with anchors as well.

The only drawback is you have to find an equally low-profile faucet to fit this sink. I couldn't find any as small as the one pictured, and a lot of teeny faucets can end up costing as much or more than the sink itself!

The sink arrived well packed and undamaged.
My only complaint is that the sink has two faucet holes, not one as shown in the picture.
As long as you know this, well ... the sink is still SUPER shallow in projection, good length and well made.
If you put the expensive single hole faucet in, what to do with the other hole.
We are looking for a soap dispenser or something besides a stainless steel cover.

Mom always told me a picture is worth ten thousand words.
Best of luck and again, it's well made, carefully packed and shipped, needs two (2) faucets!

We love the sink! We were turning a 10 square foot hall closet into a powder room and because of the door location needed a sink that was around 8" maximum depth and 18-19" width. I knew there had to be one somewhere in the world and thank goodness I found you! Everyone who sees the new powder room comments favourably on this charming sink. So thanks for being there when I needed you! And thanks for sending it so promptly and easily into Canada. There was a piece missing when we received it, but you sent this piece promptly within days.
