this chandelier is a marginally satisfactory unit. The globes hang crookedly from the arms and cannot be adjusted without fear of breaking the arms. The look of the unit is what I was after but the quality is not as I would have expected. I think the globes should hang evenly and level around the bottom of the unit and they do not.

I put the fan in my dressing room -- just the right size for the small space. I'm trying to get a downrod for it -- with 10" ceilings it looks like a hugger with the downrod that came with it and the downrods provided by the manufacturer don't match the finish on the fan. Odd.

I have a beautiful arbor with vines. I altered this chandelier by cutting the cord to about 24" and added a plug. I then plugged it into an extension cord with a built in dimmer. I then hung it from a hook over my outdoor dining table. Because it is not weather proof, I simply bring it in when not in use. It looks beautiful and I'm not constantly worried about a slight breeze blowing out candles! My friends and family LOVE IT!

The fixture looks very nice if you don't look too close. It is somewhat chintzy for a $400 fixture (albeit ~$250 with discount). The three sockets do not align well and cannot be adjusted. Loosening the globes to let them hang loose is the best and only option. There is also a sag in the cross bar - not detrimental to the appearance unless you look from the end. The instructions are mediocre, referring to a lock washer that does not exist and obscurely to a "tracer" wire.
Before I purchased the light, I had a couple questions. Linda did not have the answers available immediately (in the evening) but called back the following morning with all the information.
I don't intend to make this feedback entirely negative. The item arrived promptly, shipping was free, and the selection at this web site is excellent. The light really is pretty.

Is not that great of a piece close up. The glass "crystals" are yellowish and not very clear, the center ring does not hang completely evenly, and the candlesticks look pretty cheap. I'm not sure what I was expecting for the price, but this isnt the quality I had hoped for. For the money, it looks okay from a distance, but I wish I had paid up for a nicer light.

Excellent product and value. We tried to buy something similar from Lowe's and were told three weeks into the process they were backordered for 60 days more. Plus we would have to pick them up at the store. This product is better, cheaper and dealing with Lighting Universe was totally 'no hassle'. They were delivered on time, in good condition as promised. A comparable product at a lighting store would have cost double.

This was a perfect look over my 11 ft., distressed pine table w/ black ladder-back chairs. I liked that it has no fake white candle sleeves or extrememly expensive real-wax candle sleeves. I love that it can put out 360 watts of light & we also put it on a dimmer.

It was a little hard to balance. We added a little piece of lead inside bottom of one stick. Otherwise, it came with all the pieces, easy instructions & everything looked just liked the picture.

This fan is just beautiful and the light is such a nice soft glow. Provides just enough breeze for us to sleep better. Super quiet. The wall mounted switch has a light on/off button and then three separate buttons for slow/med/fast.

I needed a CFL fixture above my bathroom vanity, otherwise I would have had to install a motion-sensor switch (I live in California). When I saw this one, I was thrilled! It's a little pricey for me, but I love the design as it works well with the other hardware/accessories in my bathroom. One problem I have is that the CFL bulbs give off a slightly greenish light. I'm going to look for bulbs that give a whiter light.

We have this entire family of lights, in our foyer, dining room and above our breakfast island and in our breakfast room! They are simply beautiful and we could not be happier. We placed two of these three light chandliers above our large island in the kitchsn. We have two of the 5 light chandliers in our foyer, the largest 9 light bedford chandlier in our dining room and the smaller 6 light chandlier in our breakfast room. Fantastic, well worth every penny. They come with enough chain to hang them at the length you need. Our home is very open so the flow and continuity was very important to us.

The chrome finish is bright and polished, the frosted glass shade is thick and nicely shaped. The metal of the oval back plate is a bit thin and lightweight. Considering the reasonable price, I would say this fixture is very nice for the money. Install was super easy.

Great sconce for new construction master bedroom. The weight of the glass is impressive and looks rich. The iron work is nice and heavy too.The wall plate was a bit thinner than I thought but shouldn't matter once it is installed. All our fixtures are Savoy House and I give them an "A". Excellent communication on ship date...quick arrival.

This is more affordable than a lot of fixtures, and it looks nice. Two 100-watt bulbs give plenty of light for a small bathroom. Be careful with the thin bronze-colored finish, which dings easily (for example by tools when installing), revealing ordinary bright steel underneath.

We bought the outside wall sconces at Lowe's, but they did not have, in their store or on their website, the matching pendant light. I did a quick Google search of "pendant light" and a few clicks later, I stumbled on this website and found the exact matching pendant light. Ordered it right away and it was here within about 2-3 days. It looks nice and was easy to hang. Price is excellent.

I was disappointed in the coloration of fan and blades. i thought it would have been much lighter then it actually is. i do understand that pictures are not totally accurate, but i did expect it to be somewhat close. it was too dark for my liking.too much of a hassel to return. will live with it.
i also thought it was too expensive,especilly when it does't meet your expectations.

These sconces arrived and were better than expected: lovely quality, a good finish, hefty weight, appropriate hardware. Would like coordinating accessories for bathrooms --- towel bars, TP rings, etc. Does this coordinate with a chandelier? Once we found these, we wanted other pieces to match but it was not easy to find the same line/ finish.

I absolutely love this lamp-very significant in weight, and of course the retro style- I've never seen anything comparable in style- I wish I had room for another-however, I was missing a small finishing piece (the crome screw cover which holds the "glare plate" in place above the lightbulbs) and the glass shade (bowl) had a small bubble blemish in the glasswork. Neither is really noticable but I would have liked the screw cover. Also the chain is very strong-very hard to shorten, but we managed. I would still recomend it for style alone

When I ordered this light, I assumed the glass globes were part of the order. After receipt, I re-checked the site and found in small print that the globes have to be ordered separately. Had I known this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
The price was high for just the lamp without globes. Now I have to order the globes to use the light properly.

The only thing that bothered us was that it was back ordered. Our credit card was billed but it was weeks before we got the light. One of the arms was bent and the cup around the light itself was bent. We could not fix that. We added something to the chadelier because it looked more formal in the picture.

Looks good, gives your bathroom some character. It would be great if all assembly supplies are provided for - like screws and washer, anchor. It is a bit heavy so it needs to be anchored to the wall. otherwise, good quality for good price.

We got 3 of these mini-pendants for over our kitchen island. I chose it because I loved the detail on the rod and the glass goes really well with our cream/tan/gray granite. We removed 2 of the extensions for the rods as they were too close to the island any other way. We got some small light bulbs so that they are less noticeable. Our contracter put in a dimmer switch for them too. We got them 4 days after I placed the order - faster than originally estimated which was great.
