I do not recommend this fixture. Base installs firmly to wall with 2 screws. However the "L" shaped piece attaches with only a single screw to the wall piece and twists and does not remain horizontal with the slightest downward pressure. This was installed by contractor and problem is needs 2 screws to attach to wall mounting piece. Bummer, but who knew?

The shelves are excellent quality but very difficult to hang. It would have made it so much easier if they had included a paper template to follow. As it happened we were one or two millimeters off in our mesaurements and it's a disaster now. We have to patch the whole wall and begin again, since the shelves can't be hung. This has turned into a major project. For the cost of a piece of paper with printed template, this project could have been a snap.

I was looking to upgrade my guest bathroom. I wanted to use oil rubbed bronze fixtures and could not find what I was looing for in the big box or other hardware stores. I originally ordered only the Tiara double bar towel fixture to see how the quality and service from fixture universe would be. I was so pleased with the product I received that I then ordered the towel ring, t-paper holder and glass shelving unit. This is a wonderful solution for hanging towels in a small space. I purchased one of these about a year ago for a guest bathroom and then I purchased another one this month for another bathroom. The second towel ladder is mounted on the back of a hollow door. I did not use the supports supplied, but the screws that came with the ladder worked just fine. This company shipped fast and I will definitely shop here again.

The Spa Towel Shelf with Hanger is lovely but one of the racks at the top would not stay in place and kept falling out. I thought about leaving it off all together but then the holes looked funny -- so I rigged it up so it will now stay in place by adding extenders at each end of the rail.

On the whole I am very pleased with the way it looks.

It is difficult to rate a toilet brush holder but this is really beautiful. I redid my bathroom new fixtures, accesories etc. I needed a brushed nickel toilet brush holder. This one matches all the other brushed nickel in the bathroom. It has a beautiful finish, clean look and great design. It enhances the look of the bathroom unlike most toilet brush holders that are so unattractive. I am using the old one - hidden of course - this is too pretty to use!!

My husband has already e-mailed about these mirrors. They were off centered and could not be corrected. The contractor had already put them up before it was noticed. Since the attachment was glued on they could not be fixed. I had ordered two of them and they were both bad.

My wife is pretty picky about toothbrush holders. She wanted something that will hold large Oral-B toothbrushes, and will not require drilling holes in the tiles above the sink. We place our toothbrushes in the lower cup, and the toothpaste in the other cup. My daughters have their own holder, and they love it. My son does not care for it.

This installed easily with the supplied mounting hardware. I had to use a carbide bit to cut through the wall tile (which was expected). For a DIY install, it was pretty easy. We've been using it daily and really enjoy the rich satin nickel finish. The caps to hide the screw heads is a nice feature. The basket is very sturdy and seems it should last for many years to come.

Depending on the depth between the inside and outside wall, it is not the easiest to install. Finally after stretching the spring I was able to install it....there was one minor imperfection (bubble on the bottom that I smoothed out) but was not enough to go through returns and it does give the look we wanted.

The mirror itself was BEAUTIFUL and a QUALITY product; however, the metal tabs glued onto the back of the mirror (which the side mounting brackets attach onto so as not to scratch the mirror surface) were lopsided so badly that my husband had to create new tabs for mounting to the side brackets. Also, there were no assembly or installation instructions included in the box. If you are not a creative person, you might want to consider purchasing a "framed" mirror.

I previously purchased a towel ring as part of a set of fixtures for my remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately my previous purchase wouldn't work in the space since it stuck out too far for the adjacent medicine cabinet to open smoothly. This towel ring fits perfectly in the space and is fairly flat to the wall. The design is simple and the finish is elegant looking. I was very happy with this substitute towel ring. In fact it looks better than my original.

I ordered this free-standing toilet tissue paper holder after an extensive search on the internet. Most local stores didn't even have gold ones. And the stores that did have them were charging small fortune -- about $75. I kept looking and found this one for only $31! Of course, I wondered if it was going to be a pretty, shiny gold, and heavy, etc. And it IS! It went together very easily -- even my husband could do it (he's a better accountant than handyman)! There are only two screws, and the bottom shelf is just hanging, and wobbly. The entire unit when it is mounted is not very sturdy.
