The door knobs are better than I anticipated. They are well made and look superb! I was afraid they would look chintzy but to my surprise they are solid and very custom in appearance. An excellent value!

Excellent quality product. Had to wait 6 weeks on backorder but worth the wait. No templet for installation so installation is a bit more complicated.

This is a high quality,heavy duty chrome towel bar and looks great, but I was surprised to find that it does not mount perpendicular to the wall, but instead at a approx. 30 degree angle. On the side of my vanity this is fine, but if you want a normal looking towel bar that comes straight off the wall, then don't buy this one.

First off I had seen the look of this faucet in magazines but was unable to find it in stores. This site had an amazing selection of hard to find product at signficant discount to market.
I had a nice slab of granite with a vessle sink. The space however did not leave room for a counter mounted faucet behind and the estethics did not allow for it to be mounted on the side or an angle. This wall mounted unit saved the day.
In particular the airator on the spout adds a almost foamy feel to the flow of water which you usually don't find in lower priced units.
My only critizim is that the beauty ring that goes around the base of the faucet is only 1/4th of an inch so you have to be very exact when tiling. With everything done right the sleek and clean look is simply awsome.
Shipping was fast and economical despite being cross border in Canada.
Installation does require to be done before the wall board goes up as you need to mount to a stud and run supply lines.

The door handles arrived promptly. They are gorgeous! Although they are one of the more reasonably priced models, they are smooth and heavy for their size. They look and feel very expensive. I couldn't be happier with these new handles.

The product its self is good. However, it took two weeks too long to deliver without much correspondence form the company on where the product was, why it wasn't shipping at the given date, and when I could expect it to ship. I would consider ordering from here again if time was not a factor.

This basket is heavier than I expected which is nice. The mounting holes are covered so that it reduces the chance of leakage. Good option when there is a need for shampoo holder etc.

Shower head works beautifully, and provides excellent pressure. Allows me to use far less water than my previous shower head because the quality of the water stream and pressure so so much better.
Only complaint is the color - I ordered the bronze but should have ordered the gold to accurately match my other fixtures. Very difficult to judge the color on the website, so make sure you know what you want.

Though the Cifial product looks good, it leaks constantly and the plumber cannot find the weird sizes required to fix it. Forget trying to order anything to go with this, since it is harder than deploying an army. I am so disappointed and, as a designer, will discourage clients from this line.

I bought two of these knobs for a bathroom vanity, to match other Cifial Brookhaven hardware I had in the same bathroom. The finish (polished nickel for me) is high quality. Many of the Cifial products I ordered from other companies were not in stock and had to come from the manufacturer, with some delay. I was pleased that these came promptly. The diameter is smaller than most knobs, which I like, but they still stick out a normal length of 1 3/8", which I don't like. All in all, though, I'm satisfied.

I originally ordered this back plate for some bathroom knobs that I got to update my cabinets. It worked really well with the knobs from another company. I enjoyed the look so much (I used this plate and a knob on the top drawer. Then I put cup-pulls on the lower drawers) that I decided to use the same piece in my new kitchen. It is solid brass, and it gives you a little more detail than just a plain knob. Perfect!
