Excellent little desk lamp. Takes very little space and runs cool. No more burns from hot lamp shades! The light is very bright, similar to a halogen bulb though bluish in tint, but unlike a halogen light, this one does not require special shields to protect the user from the possiblity of the bulb bursting. Love the LED technology. I wish there were more lamps and fixtures with this technology

The Eternity Desk Lamp is a very attractive little desk lamp that is elegant in it's simplicity and practicality. The design is very straightforward and it's construnction is of good quality. The actual light it puts out from the LED's is not as bright as that of halogen desklamps but serviceable. This is a really good lamp for a computer table. One very minor disappointment was the power transformer at the end of the power cord which could easily have been mounted in the lamp base. Not a real big deal.

I ordered two of these lamps for a buffet table in my dining room. My house would probably be considered transitional in style -- traditional mixed with contemporary -- and these lamps are the perfect contemporary touch I was looking for. The paper shades create a beautiful pattern when the lamps are on, and a nice soft glow. The wooden base of one of the lamps did have a 1-1/2" scratch, but I used a touch-up pen on it and it's not too noticeable now. All in all, I'm very happy with these.

This is a nice quality desk lamp that looks great on my computer desk. When I was shopping for LED desk lamps I asked myself I wonder if it would be bright enough being I was farely new to LED's. Well it turns out that I am more than satisfied with the light output, it's really bright! This lamp also only use's very little power to operate being that it is LED technology. The low power consumption also was very appealing to me because I believe we should all do what ever little we can do to curb global warming. It's a nice looking desk lamp that shines plenty of cool white light, and is very inexpensive to operate! I'm very pleased with my purchase of this desk lamp.

I've bought several lamps from this website, all more expensive than this lamp. But this lamp is my favorite. It has a classic, very clean look. It assembled extremely easily in about 5 minutes. For the price it is a fantastic buy. My only caution would be that it does not give off a lot of light... more like a warm glow. But it was perfect for the spot I had picked out for it.

We were looking for a replacement lamp for our halogen one, thinking that we'd be able to use the energy-saving bulb in this lamp. Well, the remote control and dimmer switch features which we didn't really need, made it impossible for us to install a fluorescent bulb. After 2 months, the remote control and dimmer switch stopped working altogether. We haven't tried very hard to fix it, but we are overall disappointed with this product.

Unobtrusive lighting for a large area. The remote control was not something I was looking for, but it turns out to be kind of handy. The only downside to it is that it seems to be a similar frequency to our TV remote so every once in a while the light goes on when we're changing channels!
Easy to put together. We didn't have 150w bulbs so I used 100w and it provides plenty of light.

I'm using this light in a QC lab as an auxiliary light and it is perfect. It gives off plenty of white light and the goose necks can be bent as needed to stay focused on the workpiece. Everyone has commented on it and love it. It looks sturdy enough to hold up for a long time in this environment, hopefully the electronics do also.
The only complaint was that the lens covers on the LEDs were were both off as received, like they fell off. They don't seem to clip in but rather press on so hopefully they're on tight. If needed I could make it stay even better though, just wouldn't think I'd need to.

Love this lamp. I use it for reading only, not for ambience - the color of the light is kind of blue. The base is heavy to keep it stable, the light is bright and cool, and the neck is long enough to reach over my shoulder. Other goosenecks I tried were too short, or had to be mounted on the wall. My husband and I can read in bed without bothering each other!

This light is very well made, high quality and works well when it stays upright. It does not have a wide enough or heavy enough base to support the gooseneck and light except for when it is located directly over the base.
We purchased this as a reading light to sit on a nightstand next to a bed. It is largely ineffective for that purpose.

After extensive online and in store searching, I was very pleased to find this modern floor lamp. Photos do not do it justice, the oval, pleated shade and wishbone styling gives just the right amount of attitude without being so modern as to limit its appeal and usage. Base is heavy enough to give stability, the lamp was easy to assemble and a good value in relation to price. I highly recommend this lamp. Versitle

We have the Hepburn Table Lamp for our bedroom and got the floor lamp for a specific area in our bedroom. The lamp itself is tylish and goes well with our decor, but the illumination from the 3 bulbs is very visible. Not very terrible, but I would have preferred a smoother all-aoround illumination.

The lamp looks nice, but the quality of the light is poor. It is very bluish-white so a little hard on the eyes, and the intensity is low and very directed. It does not light up a wide area and needs to be constantly redirected. The lamp was also not a good value.

This lamp is not quite as big or strong as it looks. It is still fairly sturdy, but much less auspicious than I thought it would be, which in a way is good, as it can fit in more spaces and different applications than initially planned. The instructions are great, and if you put it together properly, it will withstand anything. The shade is another story, and it takes time to figure out just how it works, and it never seems to sit perfectly. Still, I really enjoy this lamp, and would definitely recommend it.

This is the way to go when you want to conserve energy and not contribute to the demise of Earth, our home, due to pollution and global warming - especially now when renewable, clean energies are still some years away and there is talk of building nuclear power plants and razing mountains and polluting water to find coal which is filthy. The same is true for the oil industry. We need to conserve energy and this lamp does it! It is sleek, doesn't take up much room, is attractive and is useful as a reading lamp. We have 4 eternity floor lamps, an eternity reading lamp on our desk and another reading lamp on our corner table by the sofa. Why pollute unnecessarily when these lamps are avaliable and neither costly to purchase, nor to maintain? The light pare will probably last over 30 years when using it about 6 hours every single day.... (We also have a hybrid car which gets over 50 miles per gallon, green star appliances and use only lights when we need them and have installed an extremely efficient fireplace insert - why pollute when cleaner technology is avaliable? Thank you for helping to make everyone's world a comfortable place for all life! ( :

The lamp is just great! The design, the construction, the material... all are top quality. You must see it in-person to really appreciate the quality of this lamp. One suggestion. If you want to get best out of this lamp, use full-spectrum light bulbs. The quality of light that comes from a full spectrum is beyond all other standard bulbs. The overall effect is just so pleasant. I bought 2 of this Architect lamps... And now that the winter is cold and dark, I don't even care if I don't go outside. Let there be Adesso!!!

Although this lamp appears to be one of the best values on the site, with a balance of style and budget, upon receiving, I ended up with a sour taste in my mouth from the purchase for the following reasons:
1.) The top metal piece of the base does not screw in all the way, and additionally, when you screw it in as far as it will go, the lamp is severely crooked.
2.) The lamp shorted out with the first set of light bulbs I tried when I tried to twist the base in order to make the lamp straight
3.) The shade is flimsy and looks/feels cheap (i.e., think of a deformed dog's neck cone).

I do wish the switch were on the lamp instead of on the cord. I have purchased a touch-tone for ease in turning the lamp on and off. It is an attractive lamp and very handy. Would recommend. I use the lamp on my long computer table with printer and scanner. the lamp has good reach also.

Don't recommend. Metal stand is nice, but the shade looks really cheap. It arrives flattened and even after steaming it had horrible wrinkles. In addition, there are three vertical seams on the shade, so at least one seam is always visible. What I really disliked about the shade is that you totally see the light bulb glowing through....you don't get the nice glow of a large shade that I was expecting. I returned the lamp.

I love this lamp. I wanted a reading light so that I would not interrupt my husband's sleep when I want to read in bed. I placed the lamp on the sill behind our headboard and positioned the light just above my pillow! The light is instense and concentrated to a small area, not sending light throughout the whole bedroom. I am thinking of purchasing a second one for my husband's side of the bed. I do wish the gooseneck was a little stronger.

I have a living room with 10 ft ceilings and needed a lamp with a black shade to anchor a corner. This lamp is large and does not get lost in the room. It is fairly heavy. The on/off switch is a foot pedal on the cord. I attached a sliding dimmer adapter to the cord.

The lamp is great. I was worried it might be a little small, but it looks great in my apartment. The one thing I would like better is if the lamp had a little more weight to it. Frame is crooked. It will take some bending of metal to get the lamp shade to fit straight...I hope. There was dust/dirt on the actual shade. But came off with a sponge. Very disappointed that I have to address these two issues. Also, lamp is smaller than I envisioned, although that's my fault for not reviewing the measurements before purchasing.

The only negative thing about this lamp is that the "slip uno" shade is very hard to replace with one that for me would be a better fabric and color, and slightly smaller.

I would recommend the lamp - it's beautiful and the touch-on/off is terrific.

I was expecting this to be a quality item, but found the shades made from plastic that diffused the lights poorly. The wiring runs along the inner edge and occasionally pops out one of the shades. It looks cool when the shades stay in place, but they pop out a little too often. I wish I bought something a little higher quality.

The lamp came packaged so thoroughly that it couldn't possibly be damaged in shipment...I had this issue from other mail order/internet shopping locations. The quality is first rate and I was totally pleased my choice...plus it came in just a few days...some other products from another internet location took as long as 3 months to get delivered.
