I love the Pendant.. it's a gorgous hand blown glass... however, the hardward is very cheap and was incomplete for installation.. painted metal finish where the paint was in the screw holes so it was next to impossible to assemble.. then the mounting piece was not included.. needed to call across the country to hunt down pieces to complete the installation.. very dissappointing given the cost of the product...

Somewhat difficult to install. You can not hang a large picture from the provided hooks. They do a great job of concentrating bright light on your art, though. I have used them on several homes and would use them again. Perfect for new construction, more difficult for remodel.

We bought the right and left fixtures for reading lights on each side of our bed. i like the different lighting options. fluorescent up lighting and a powerful LED down light. you can have both on or either one. the light is hardwired, not a plug in. there is so much "made in china" stuff out there and I was looking for something higher quality. I’m happy with these. my contractor struggled a bit with the installation but they look great now. not totally happy with the finish color since we have a brushed nickel theme going.

We installed these units in October of 2004 and have had nothing but trouble since then. The connection that the fixture makes to the rail is weak and unreliable. We installed twenty fixtures on three different rails and have had around six failures to date. The only thing weaker than the connection is the response from the factory.
We plan to replace the entire installation.

Great product. Worked well for client's living room ceiling. Installer was pleased with product--his first time using this product.

I purchased 2 additional replacement lenses for the Quasar fixture after I became concerned about breakage. In order to replace the bulb, the lense, which is held on with two prongs, must be removed. I recommend purchase of addtional lenses due possible problems of replacement when the fixture is discontinued at a future date.

It is impossible to get the trim flush with the ceiling without having a second person in the attic to hold the housing down while the other pushes up on the trim. I guess I will have to go through this every time I change the lamp. There are better products on the market.
