Stay away from Whitehaus kitchen faucets. This is a shoddy,poorly made product. The finish corrodes after only 2 or 3 years. After 5 unanswered requests to the company regarding the corrosion,including sending them many digital pictures, i was told by Tomi,asistant to Essy Echaus,President of Whitehaus that
"Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to reverse the deterioration of the chrome finish on the faucet in the photos you provided, or even to prevent further deterioration. As this is a pivot point, the deteriorated finish will continue to grind against itself."
I would assume a faucet is meant to be turned at a pivot point without corrosion but I guess Whitehaus thinks differently.

As a first-time kitchen sink installer, I didn't realize that the sink needed to be installed via a silicone-based adhesive, I was looking for the under-sink brackets (which were not necessary on this sink). I would have appreciated some instructions on how to properly install this.

The strainer which is sold seperately requires a special plumbing connection for the drain pipe. This connection is not available and must be fabricated independently by a plumber. Worse thing is nobody tells you about when you go online.

After having used this sink for a year now, I've found that it stands up well to hard use. It looks as good now as it did when I got it. I wish it were a bit heavier-- it's light and sometimes seems a bit flimsy, although I think that's deceptive, given the fact that it still looks good and hasn't had any problems. Yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Love this sink - I can either polish it up using Barkeeper's friend or let it patina over time. Looks fabulous in my small powder room. Just the wow factor alone.

The faucet has worked great. The only drawback with its use does not have to do with the faucet but with the size of the space it was used in. it was the shortest spout we could find and given its length, I feel actually reaches too far out over the bowl (to the middle) would have been happy if it was a couple of inches shorter. The design and quality of the faucet however have been very pleasing.

I was very happy to find my exact sink grid on your web sight, as I did not want to deal with my cabinet man. It looks great and protects the sink very well. The only small complaint I have is that you have to be careful not to put very hot pots right on top as it could melt the white coating and then the metal shows through. I had mine about 2 years before having to look for another.

Although Fixture Universe is great and rates 5-star, this particular soap dispenser is a dud. The top fits loosely, and the directions demand that you dilute liquid soap at a ratio of 3:1 (with water), warning that failure to do so can result in the pump clogging. Furthermore, because the hose connected to the bottom of the pump is curled, the outlet of the dispenser often wants to "re-orient" itself ... over the counter, not over the sink. A straight "dipstick" would have solved this problem...but this soap dispenser has frankly been a real disappointment.

I ordered this sink online and was very pleased when we installed it. It is very clean lined and contemporary, but not over the top. The sink is a bit shallow, but very wide so it works well. The plumber installed it, but he didn't have any problems. It fits perfect in our mudroom/powder room.

The sink came in a timely manner and the plumber had no real problems hooking it up to the new plumbing he put in our old cottage. The plumber did suggest that the clamps could have been more heavy duty to tighten it to the cabinet but he managed. I love the large bowl with the drain to one side. Good value and I shopped around for awhile before getting this one.

The sink itself is ok but it comes without a drain and the drain offered by the manufacturer that is supposed to fit it does not! In fact, turns out it is very difficult to get the proper drain. I am having to have my drain hole punched out by a metal smith so that a standard drain and trap will fit. Hassle!

Had difficulty finding a sink to fit in an 18" vanity with a rear faucet. Finally settled on this sink. The photo depicted a sink that was much more gold in color, and when we opened the box the sink was flourescent orange. I may try to speed the oxidation of the finish to dull the orange color, otherwise my wife said she'll paint it!

I have the polished brass model, when it came I was so excited, it was really beautiful! BUT the day I used it for its intended purpose, as a sink, it got dark blothes ALL OVER it, I thought my contractor had used a chemical on it, but come to find out, it was tarnishing! I was advised to buy and use "Brasso" which smells HORRIBLE and cannot be used after every use of the sink! I don't know waht to do, it's already undermounted in my brand new beautiful bathroom....
