I have to admit I am partial to penguins, but I do love my Pinguino. He sits on my desk at work, and provides just the right amount of light for my desk. Everyone in my department thinks he’s great too.

This lamp, while attractive and with a sturdy base, came
with the mounting for the bulb socket broken. Overall
construction is not what I'd call "sturdy."

My son loves this stylistic lamp. It's on a desk and we like that there is a switch on the lamp so we don't have to reach down onto the cord. It's bright enough for task lighting. Mainly he loves that it's a penguin! Very cute.
