My husband and I are very pleased with the color, shape and "look" of our three pendants hanging in a row over our kitchen island. One thing that has us befuddled--there was no component to hold the glass shade in place (centered) except a three sided silver-colored piece of metal that went up inside the shade on the cable. At the top of the shade where the cable comes out, the shade has to be centered, as there is no "cap" that holds it in place on the cable. Perhaps the design could be tweaked a bit to include a cap that sits atop the shade to hold it in place.

These lights completed the vision I was looking for in my new landscape design. I have had many compliments on how it looks during the day, now it looks equally as dramatic at night. I love how this product blendeds in without looking obtrusive.

This light is beautiful. I have three of them hanging above my kitchen island. The brown swirl of colors fits nicely with the hickory hardwood floors. The only downfall is the level of difficulty one must go through to get the glass shade off for cleaning - nearly the entire light must be disassembled.

As a professional lighting installer I am highly impressed with the design, and construction of this fixture. I've installed them on several homes and always get the same homeowner response, they love 'em. The material is as high a grade as fixtures that cost up to four times as much. I will continue to use this fixture and many more from this supplier.

The product was well represented in both the photo and the description online. I was very satisfied with the product when it arrived and it has continued to work well. Easy to follow instructions. So far has it has maintained it appearance and is still working. I thought it might be a little expensive but was willing to pay a little extra for quality construction.

The sconces look great, and once they're installed, work great also. The mechanism that comes with them for installation, however, does not fit with standard electrical boxes, and the screw cannot be replaced because it is not a standard American size. We ended up having to cut out pieces of the electrical box in order to get the mounting screw to fit. Now that they're up, I'm happy with them.

While this rail kit was attractive, two glass globes came broken, the replacements did not match in color and we have had to replace two of the three light fixtures already. It appears that they corrode easily which is a bad problem for a light kit that is likely to be used in a kitchen or bathroom. (Ours is about four feet above the kitchen sink.)

We ordered these lights to add a new feel for our deck at night.
We hired RLP Systems to design and install the lighting system. They installed the lights in no time at all and did a great job. One thing is the 18 gauge wire needs to be at least two feet longer. Alot of extra labor and material went into fixing that so the wires were easily hidden. Overall we love em..

We used the track lighting for remodeling our victorian farmhouse kitchen and love the warm glow it produces when the kitchen is not in active use. The outdoor designation for these track lights gave us the confidence to use them in the frequently damp environment of the kitchen.

I spent alot of time on the internet and in stores before deciding on this fixture.
It is not quite as pictured. The domes are frosty/texturedl like a coating of sugar is on the outside . They also have a slight hazy greenish/yellow tinge to the glass dome. In the picture they look more pure white and smooth. This fixure
installed easily and seems to be just right being used over my kitchen island.

I love the lights. They are exactly what I have searching for to go into my newly remodeled kitchen. The only problem we had was there was a page missing from the installation instructions which made it a little frustrating for my husband. I understand that is not an issue with Lighting Universe but with the manufacturer. Lighting Universe was terrifice, beginning to end.

Our application is unusual. We are uplighting a 5 ft x 5 ft painting from a channel in a stone fireplace mantle. A great plus is the ability to micro-adjust the direction of the lights. Five lights give the perfect glow that we wanted. The standard top down picture light fixture did not highlight the lower sections. My initial disappointment was frequent bulb replacement. That issue seems to have resolved itself. Perhaps we had a batch of faulty bulbs.

Just put this up and it does look nice. I did order an extra light head because I was worried that it would not give off enought light over my range. It does need the extra head, but unfortunately it arrived damaged so have to sort that one out! On the whole, this another nice piece from LU - it is modern looking but blends well with most styles.

This product looked just as it did in the online pictures. The photos of the product in a kitchen environment helped me visualize what the lighting would look like in my room. I was worried the color would not be as shown and would not go with my kitchen, but it was just as it appeared on line. Also, I got very helpful service when I called to ask questions before I placed my order. I did not install them myself, so I cannot speak to the ease of installation, but my electrician had not trouble installing them. They look great and are just what I was looking for. It doesn't look anything like what is being advertised. Yes it's a 150watt unit. It says it's intended for outdoor use.

All connections are exposed to weather. It's ugly. All mounting locations are exposed. The wire connections are exposed. It's covered with labels.

Very sturdy and solid. Power base installation requires a good size box or it will be hard to get the base to touch the ceiling. The lamps have very long cords and the splice knot will require some dexterity. The metal rings just sit on the glass and are a bit cheap. I would out a dab of glue on them to keep them from moving. Make sure to tighten the ground screw on each device attached to the rod or you will be unable to screw on the metal base. Make sure you have the correct tools particularly a short right angle screwdriver to tighten the ground screw.

I extended a kitchen bar so the light fixture was off center, this track fixture was the perfect fix. We attached to the old box and were able to attach the end of this one 3 ft so it fits perfect with no re wiring. Loved it and so has everyone who has seen it, only negative thing I could says is it does not put out alot of light but enough

These track lights have a very high-end look, are well made and beautiful. However they use halogen bulbs which are not reflective so are insufficient in lighting a space. I bought 3 kits plus 3 additional lamps, a total of 12 fixtures, and still not bright enough to light a kitchen work space. I wish I knew that before spending a fortune on them, and I would not recommend this if you need bright task lighting.
