The color on the website was much darker and looked to be a higher quality metal. Once I received them I was a bit disappointed for the price. The color was off alot and the ones I received in IRON were much more silver instead of looking like aged iron on the picture.

These are beautiful! We had ordered bathroom fixtures from Rubinet- Black with Swarvosky crystals; then we decided to build in a small cabinet; we were delighted to find matching knobs on your site!(Rubinet doesn't carry them) The order was processed, shipped and delivered to us in Canada in less than 2 weeks. Product is excellent. No instructions included, but not a complicated installation. However, the plastic anchors for drywall mount were not ideal, and for better attachment I substituted some expansion screws from my own toolkit.

Hate them - so ugly. But I have weird size holes in my cabinets, so my choices were limited. If that's your problem, too, they're better than many of the alternatives. If you have a standard size, find something more visually interesting.

This suite of pulls, handle & bin pull made my white kitchen cabinets just pop in "country french" style. With black and while tiles, and black granite counter tops & yellow walls - the black was just perfect. Product is solid, each one perfect, and
good "feel" during use. They also matched the pattern in my tile so made a triple whammy.

I used these pulls on my refrigerator-freezer. They are solid and easy to grasp. They come with a dull finish but "rub" shiny with use. I didn't expect this even though I purchased rubbed bronze. You can tell from the shine that we open our refrigerator a lot more than our freezer. Other than that, we have enjoyed them. The simple design is easy to clean.

We replaced 40 old brass wire pulls on the custom oak cabinets, which were looking very dated (from 1984). It gave the cabinets, and the kitchen overall, a much needed update. This is a very cool holder, substantial and beautiful. Please note that the arm does not swing, but is fixed. It's far enough away from the wall that you can easily hold a super-large roll of TP. One problem---no instructions! I figured it out, but it took a few minutes. FYI: install the little plate that goes into the wall vertically, one screw through the top hole and one screw through the bottom. The flat edge of the plate should be against the wall. After installing the plate, place the holder over the plate and hook the top edge of the plate into the back of the holder (you'll see where it goes). Finally, use the allan wrench to tighten the holder to the plate. Be sure to keep the holder pressed against the wall while doing this so no gaps between holder and wall.

These knobs are beautiful. They are not jet black, but have a slightly warn look which is a perfect match for my stainless kitchen appliances. The only thing I didn't think of is that when you have square knobs you have to be sure they are installed perfectly straight, because if they're not, it shows! I'm used to round knobs.....
But I love them and how they have completed the updated look of my kitchen.

very close to what i thought I would get.
only issue with assembly were the extra long screws; a pain to break off, but they look good on the cabinets.
was looking for a more elongated option; couldn't find it in black, so we're pleased, but it's not quite the perfect one i had in my head.

I loved this soap dish so much I got the cup holder that matched it. Installation is a bit tricky, since the little holder needs to be level, and that is hard to see before the glass is clamped in. But it is beautiful, especially in a "minimalist" design style.

The picture of the Crystal Knob doesn't really do it justice - they are really exquisite!!!!! We remodeled/updated our master bathroom and got the polished chrome towel bar, traditional style toilet paper holder, and 3 robe hooks to match. They look GREAT! They are really sturdy and are very heavy weight metal. We didn't install them ourselves (our drywall guy installed them) so I can't speak on that topic. The look of the actual product is better than I expected (just because you "never know") but it actually matches the description & picture provided.
The only complainet my husband has is that the towel bar and TP holder do not project out from the wall as much as he would like, BUT, it matches the description provided.

I found the towel bars impossible to get to fit flush with the wall and to support any towels, the bars fell off there mounting brackets. There appears to be a manufacturing flaw in the mounting hardware that causes these problems. I have installed many towel bars and all have worked well before these. I could not recommend these towels bars to anyone.

I bought the Birdcage knobs and handles which were beautiful in design and quality. However, the knob had a pointed end and protruded too far out from the drawer. The handles look terrific. I might have to replace the knobs with the other type that didn't have the pointed end. We purchased several of these and one in particular would not accept the mounting screw supplied with it. The screw actually broke. We had to go to the hardware store to get another. I purchase 8 of these hooks. Six in brushed chrome and two in bronze. I used on the back of my powder room door. They match my
bronze candle like sconces. I can use them for extra towels or whatever my guest needs them for. They compliment the sconces and
look very beautiful when empty. My other two baths are very small.
No room for towel bars. I placed four hooks on the back of the bathroom doors and it works like a charm. I am receiving many complements on the my elegant and sturdy hooks. I highly recommend

We were happy upon receiving them to discover that they were of high quality and they look fantastic on our cabinets.
