The H1499T is a 4" small aperture low voltage housing for providing accent and task lighting in non-insulated ceilings.

Features Halo's Slide-N-Side™ junction box and Got Nail! Pass-N-Thru™ bar hangers. Integrated magnetic transformer steps line voltage down to 12 volts. Includes three (3) "Quick Connect" wiring connectors. Thermal protector deactivates fixture if overheating occurs from improper lamping or misapplied insulation. Rated for Wet locations with select trims.

Note: Insulation must be kept 3" away from all sides of housing. Maximum bulb wattage may be lower based on selected trim (see trim specifications).
