We bought this a while ago, my husband really liked how it looked. The fixture arrived broken, and in order to get a new one we had to take pictures and send them to the company before getting a return label (?!!!). The customer service (live chat) was very unfriendly and even exited the chat while I was trying to address this issue. In the end, we've received a new one, thankfully in a good condition. However, it was very difficult to put together, with parts falling off from our ceiling at night....Overall, poor product, not worth the money or the trouble....

The images didn't do it justice. The real thing is better. Nicely constructed and packed as if it were precious.
