Once ordered ATG Stores provided us with excellent email updates. We ordered the fixture on a Saturday evening & 4 days later we installed it. It’s perfect for our vaulted ceiling. As noted by the buyer from Peoria, AZ the light had to be assembled and the instructions are a sketchy diagram that did not accurately depict all the parts. When the assembly it's important to remember that the fixture is an adjustable height: 16"/20", henceforth the extra downrod.

We bought these fixtures to go on a vaulted ceiling. They are perfect! Beautiful glass! Very well made and sturdy. We'd buy these again for sure if we needed to!

The service was excellent and the quality of the light is excellent. But the light had to be assembled from many small pieces and there were not instructions for this assembly--only a sketchy diagram that did not accurately depict all the parts or any advice for assembly. We had to take the light down four times to get it assembled correctly by trial and error. Now that it's properly installed, it's beautiful, works well and provides excellent lighting--but it was a struggle to get to this point.

I am very satisfied with the look of this item. It was a bit of an effort to align the pivot with the angle of my vaulted ceiling. Finally I got it right and it looks good. I recommend this fixture even though I spent 40 minutes on a tall stepladder.
