I replaced a mushroom light with this one it the laundry room and it looks great. It was easy to install and using a CFC bulb. The quality for this product is excellent.

I am a stay at home mom and installed this myself. I had the most trouble getting the shade in place. It was difficult to do by myself. Really easier with 2 people. While we didn't have to change a bulb yet, the whole shade would have to come off to do so, which may be a 2 person job because of the akwardness of it. This isn't the highest quality piece. The socket piece will not sit straight and the aestics of that bothers me a little. But it wasn't too expensive and so it serves the purpose of updating the small eating area in our kitchen.

This fixture looks quite nice, but we had to find our own longer screws to make it possible to install!

The fixture was slightly larger in person than I was expecting from the photo online, but it still looks lovely in our hallway and provides great light. It was fairly easy to install as well. The only unfortunate design flaw is that you'll have to unscrew and remove the glass cover in order to change the light bulb, but that isn't really such a big deal.
