I constantly receive compliments on this light. It projects light nicely through the globe and has been easy to change bulbs when necessary.

My decorator found this light online. I thought it was more attractive than flush mounts, so I gave it a try. I got two 12" lights in brushed nickel with white glass, installed them both on dimmers, and they are the perfect size and "look" for the hallway and laundry room. They are much nicer than anything I found at the big box stores. My contractor installed them, but didn't encounter any problems, so I gave the installation question a 5. They were nicely packed and arrived quickly and undamaged; also, they appear to be well made and were a good price. We haven't had to change the lightbulbs in them yet, but I think it may require two people, just to be sure the glass shade doesn't fall to the floor. I would definitely order from Lighting Universe again.

We are very happy with these lights, we replaced 7 of them and every one of these fixtures were easy to install and the look great!

We bought 2 of these fixtures, one for the kitchen and one for the hallway, and they both looked great. The contemporary design is a big improvement over our old fixtures!
