I ordered this light due to the coloring pictured on line which shows it to be of a purple hue. In reality it is more of a creamy white when not turned on, which while a little disappointing for my color scheme, was not enough of an issue to return it. It looks very pretty up and is indeed almost perfect!

I saw this light on line and wanted to purchase right away. However needed to shop around to compare. Once I was done with buying the other lights, trying it out and them returning them I was ready to purchase my original choice. Tha only thing I have to say is that I love it and it look fantastic.

I do see that someone left a review here that this was plastic. It is most definitely glass.What happens with Tiffany glass is that when you put the leading in between the glass pieces, it takes away the vibration. When you hit glass, what you hear is the vibration and take that away, it does sound like plastic. It is art glass though.
