I had read that in the installation might be a bit difficult. It really isn't if you follow the directions step by step. It wasn't clear what you put on first, but if you start at the top and add the pieces as you go down the fixture, it is really easy.

The looking on arrival and the pictured on your website is total different, poor quality!

The lighting fixture came in just a few days and was as elegant looking on arrival as pictured on the computer screen. The finish is as depicted and the glass is opaque enough to cut out any glare. This is a good value for the money spent. I highly recommend this fixture for most applications where a semi-flush mounting is needed.
