These fixtures were perfect for what I needed. I have a large room with fairly low ceilings that needed a lot of light. I ordered two. Each one allows for three 100-watt bulbs. The fixtures fit close to the ceiling, but are not enclosed (easier to change bulbs). I had the electrician install a dimmer switch, so I have excellent bright light when needed and a more subdued light when appropriate. Shipping was free and the fixtures arrived very quickly. These were an outstanding buy.
