This fixture is very unusual - even striking in appearance. (My 20 year old daughter even brought a couple of her friends into my room to see it since it is so unique). It is also larger than I'd pictured. However, I had it installed and it is the finishing touch to a handsome bedroom. I do think it would also make an excellent foyer light for anyone with a good-sized foyer who does want an elegant but not too fussy hall light. It definitely is an eye-catcher!
