I must say the lamp is a spectacular sight (online).

We purchased two lamps. I was hoping that by purchasing two if one was damaged (not during shipping but just the manufacturing) I would return the second. Unfortunately, they both suffer from the same design flaw.

The center rods connect using a duel ended piece that each screw into; this piece is not constructed at 180 degrees (straight line). Meaning: The header is bent a few degrees making the straight center bend (175/185 degrees depending on view). Craftsmanship could have been better.

The packing material was of poor quality. It was preformed foam that broke apart and spread itself through my home. It took a few days to find it all and clear it out. The lamps themselves were easy to set up and were as expected.
