Well, it took a few days to put together, with approximately a million nails and a couple bruised thumbs, but his RN pulled it off pretty much alone. The manual is adaquate, and the materials top notch. Be forewarned though, it comes as pile of lumber with only the roof shingles and doors preassembled. ALOT of assembly required. But for the money, it cannot be beat.
