I ordered the 6 rack digital smoker from the U.S. as it wasn't available where I live and I wanted something unique for my BBQ area. UPS dropped off the package at my side door in the pouring rain (without my knowledge) and needless to say the box was a mess the next day upon discovery of the parcel. After unwrapping what was left of the cardboard I was very disappointed to have the door fall off in my hands. The bottom hinge was damaged and the small retainer clip for the hinge bracket was missing. After affecting repairs for about 2 hrs I was able to get the door secured to the unit once again without it being too noticeable. There is a dent in the right side back corner but I can live with that. After setting the unit up in my pit area I was unable to get the smoker unit to generate any smoke. After wasting about 15 bisquettes I took the digital smoke generator down to my workshop for closer inspection. Careful disassembly showed two disconnected wires inside the unit. After determining where they went, I reassembled the unit and tried again with much better success. I now can generate smoke and have "seasoned" the unit according to the instructions. The manufacturer, although seemingly well packaged, should secure the inside wiring harnesses with retainer clips to prevent this from happening to other, less mechanically-inclined persons. I would say this unit was mishandled by UPS and had the box not been destroyed by the rain I would have returned the whole package. Today will be the first day I actually will smoke chicken and pork but if I had to do this all over again, I would not have purchased this through a U.S. agent due to returning hassles. Buyer beware!
