I love them. They look great, they work great, the batteries are awesome, and the controls are ok. I bought them for video, photography, and performances - so far.. awesome!
Cons:
The batteries are heavy as heck.
One of the plexy glass panels arrived unglued along one edge, so it collapses in with pressure, so I hope it doesn't become an issue. It wasn't worth the shipping cost to ask for a replacement, since they are so heavy.
Strobe setting is not easy to get to.
