I purchased this lamp to put in a table in a dark hallway. I looked for a very long time before I found this lamp. It is very attractive, including the lampshade. The only negative about the lamp is that the shade does not screw down firmly enough. Consequentley the shade has a tendency to turn a little bit. I would recommed this lamp. You won't be disappointed.
