What a GREAT holder. When this arrived I could not believe how strong and durable it was. I had read other comments about the roll not fitting on the bottom and it always being at a slant....Not this one...Holds the paper straight up and it is very, very attactive. I plan on buying another. Hel

This holder is very pretty....the main thing about it, is that it will hold the tolit paper in an straight up position and that is what I like about it. Easy to install.

Is the base weighted so I can use the item as a dispenser. or does it need to be mounted to maintain its stability.
