Write a Reviewbollard double swing towel bar- poor design

I purchased this swing bar to go with the basic.
After having a professional try to install this, we found the bar does not hang horizontal with even one towel on it let alone two. It appears that there is a design flaw in that the bolt that attaches at the top goes into a hole that allows for it to move to the left or right making the bars not hang correctly.
Unfortuately, I'll need to return this one.
