Came faster than expected. Was packed very well in wood crate to minimize damage.Its a Xmas gift for my wife so have not used it yet. Will update after use.

Can this be installed above a jacuzzi, on the back wall? A:Yes this Amba towel warmer is designed to be used in damp areas. However, you may want to check with your city or county in regards to the distance this can be from the water source.
