no instructions or mounting hardware

The two canopies came wrapped differently (looks like one was used and returned). One canopy does not have all the required mounting hardware, and there are no instructions in either package to wire the pendants, or install them in the celing. The quality of construction is good, finish looks great. The mounting screws are visible after installation (not very decorative).
