This track lighting kit looks great and provides tons of lighting. We love it in our kitchen. Can't speak to the ease of assembly because my contractor did that, but again, it's gorgeous and a bargain.

Can this be plugged into a regular electric outlet? A:Unfortunately this light needs to be hard wired, with 120v cable. An electrician may be able to retro fit it or rewire it as a plug in light. But that is not recommended by the manufacturer and could void the warranty and would not be returnable if the light is modified.
