My title says it all. Worked well in my highend urban bathroom.

I cannot believe the difference between a single, flushmount ceiling fixture (with 2 60 watt bulbs) and this sleek, contemporary design. It's really night and day. I have a three-story townhome with two small bedrooms on the first floor. They dont' get a lot of natural light and they have 8 foot ceilings. I've had my home on the market for a while and the comments were that the rooms were too small and dark. We decided to change the fixtures in hopes of making those rooms more attractive to buyers. Now those rooms look bigger and brighter rather than closed in and dungeon-like.

I ordered two units and I plan to order two more because I'm so delighted with the result.

Please be very careful when you remove it from the box to note where all the screws in the bracket are. If you pay close attention to where all the screws are in the bracket BEFORE you remove the bracket from the fixture for installation, you will have a much easier time. Installing the first unit took 1 hr and 50 minutes. Installing the second fixture took 15 minutes. The difference in time was because I had the mounting screws in the wrong place on the first bracket.

Bulbs are difficult to put in and take out. Seem to be halogen although they are not advertised as such. 3 bulbs lasted only 2 weeks. I used rubber gloves to put the next ones in. We'll see how long they last.

I agree with the other reviews re the bulbs, we had to buy some pretty soon because the included ones went out. But we love the fixture for our kitchen - it gives us a lot of light and looks good.
