light looks great, customer service exceeded my expectations
The light arrived and looked just like the picture and description. Unfortunately, it was defective and would not work. We called Lighting Universe and within 4 minutes they apologized, contacted the manufacturer, ordered a replacement light, gave me a confirmation number for it, and then arranged to have the defective unit picked up from our home at no cost to us. I mean seriously, try getting that service from your local home improvement store! We were definitely impressed. The replacement light arrived right on time, and is beautiful. NOTE: Make sure you read the other comments about loosening the square acrylic globes in order to properly "seat" the light bulbs. It's tricky, and probably a design flaw, but it's easily addressed and does not affect either the look or the operation of the light. I rate this a 10 out of 10, and I'm pretty hard to please!
