One of the three track heads is loose, and you cannot aim spot properly because of this. there is not adjustment or way to tighten the head.

Track Lighting Universe's service was just fine and shipping was fast, but this product is not good at all. The manufacturer claims their colors are consistent, but the heads, the track, and cover are all a very noticeably different shade of off white. The head stems are metal as claimed, but the body is plastic and so is the hinge! Once a head gets loose there's no way to tighten it -- the tension screw just turns and turns in the weak plastic. And, the conductors are loose in the track and slide when installing a head, forcing the track-ends off no matter how tightly you fasten them. The only way to deal with this is to insert the heads in opposite directions to try to slide the conductors back into place. I bought this because I saw what I thought was the same thing in a local store for more, but this seems to be a very cheap knockoff. If it wasn't already on my ceiling, I'd send it back.
