The product itself is fine, but it doesn't match the picture or description.
Although it says this is the diverter part of product 4195 which states it is washerless, it is NOT washerless.
Also, this has chrome handles not the white plastic types stated in the description and they have a different look.

Product is terrific. Good quality and shipped quickly. The handles were different than the photo showed but that did not matter to me. It was easy to install and is working quite well.

The handles look totally different than these. There is no white and they don't look as nice as these.
