An electrician installed the light for me. After screwing the base into the under cabinet frame and connecting the wires, he could not insert the glass into the light frame. I wanted the light forward to give the working part of the counter more light. The electrician had to undue his work and reposition the light back towards the wall, giving me less light, so that the glass could be inserted into its frame. It would have been a better light if holes had been punched into the glass and screws were used to secure it in place. Just one man's opinion...

I used this light for an accent dimmable under wall hung vanity cabinet, woks great, casts a nice dimmed glow accross the 24"x24" floor tile.
