I purchased 6 of these fixtures to go in the same room. I am pleased with the quality of the appearance and have received many compliments on them. However, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the weight of the crystals causes the fixtures not to hang parallel to the wall but at an angle. Complicating the angle issue is that one of the fixtures hangs at a different angle from the others, which was sufficiently noticeable that visitors drew it to my attention. This required the installer to come back and make an adjustment to the mounting plate. It improved the angle but was not sufficient to make it the same as the others. I ordered and paid for another mounting fixture to rectify the issue. I am waiting for the installer to return to replace the original fixture with the replacement and determine if it rectifies the problem.
