lamp is pretty.. but..

The good part is that the finish is attractive and classy looking. The packing was very difficult to get apart and styrofoam was everywhere!! The lampshade is cheap, but like another person said, go to Lowe's and get a new one. Figure that into your budget. It looks great. The switch is wobbly and I don't like it at all, but...it looks great. It is not a bargain, but I would probably buy it again.

I really liked the look of the lamp in the pictures and found the price to be very competitive. However when I got the lamp I thought the shade didn't look as nice as the lamp. After a trip to Lowe's and new lamp shades, the lamps look great. I particularly like the 3-way switch. Gives more options for lighting.

The quality of this product is good, and the lamp is stylish. I have to admit that though the measurements are clearly given, it has the appearance of being a larger lamp than anticipated. I am happy, however, with the product.
