The Sun Dagger Pocket that now illuminates a previously dark corner is perfect! It is painted in the darker tone of our sponged walls and completely offers the look that I was trying to achieve. The effect of the light rays radiating around the light is delightful as they play with the multi-colored walls. The sconce was easy to paint as it is made of a clay material. I diluted the final coat of paint with some water so that it would have a smooth look when dry. We have a 60 watt incandescent bulb in the fixture, and it provides ample lighting. The cut-out design and radiating light rays are delightful in our family room and could be used in almost any room. I strongly recommend you try it!
