Delivery and service was prompt. Directions were adequate. The light is fine, nothing super great, but looks very nice now that is installed. There are a few bubbles in the glass but don't really bother us. We moved that part to the back so it doesn't show.

These lights are very similar to ones I had seen at Pottery Barn but at a fraction of the cost. We love them and they look great in our bathroom! The globes are blown glass and we found a bubble in two of the globes (we had a total of eight globes).
We just turned the bubble to the back and you can't even see it.
