An attractive light, but, most importantly, it has a deep enough hood so that the bulb is hidden, as long as the fixture is mounted low enough. Truly a dark sky light. I have had two for a year and have just ordered a third.

I love the fixture but the mounting bracket is not very solid.

The projection out from the wall is great and offered in several lengths. I much prefer these to the gooseneck types offered as exterior wall mounts. We combined these with a Minka Lavery outdoor sconce dark sky model and they look great together on the same building.
