The ordering process for the vapor guard wire cover guard fixture and mounting hardware was difficult to understand. All the parts were optional and depending on the seperate parts that you order they may or may not work together. Lighting Universe accomadated all our changes to get the final product and once we got them right the installation went smooth. We get VERY positive comments on the quality and look.

I spoke with a person who was smart and helpful. The lamp is well made and I have only praise for this company. I order a lot of things through the internet; this company was exceptionally helpful - especially when we had to switch out a part.

To date, I have been extremely pleased with both the product quality and the level of service from Lighting Universe.
