Top 10 Eggy Easter Games & Activities (Part I)
Easter is this weekend and if you’re celebrating it you may have some games and activities lined up. But, here’s the thing – anyone can have fun playing these eggy games.</br></br>So, this list of fun Easter activities is for everyone, even if the magical rabbit isn’t making an appearance. Let’s start with the first five:</br></br><strong>1. Egg Coloring</strong></br></br>This is a classic activity; cheap, great for all ages and a real slice of wholesome family fun. Egg Roll</strong></br></br>The egg roll is an exercise in patience. The goal is to roll your egg across the ground and over the finish line before your opponents without cracking your egg. Wooden spoons work best, but any implement will do as your roller.</br></br>TIP: Slow and easy wins the race.</br></br><strong>4. Egg Hunt</strong></br></br>An Easter weekend is never complete without an egg hunt. Now, do you hide real (boiled) eggs or plastic eggs with goodies inside? Either way, timing is everything – especially if you have raccoons.</br></br>TIP: Foil their plans to steal the Easter treasure by taping your plastic eggs shut. To protect the boiled variety, you'll have to forgo the convenience of hiding them the day before.</br></br><strong>5. Egg Spin</strong></br></br>Does a hard-boiled egg spin better – that is, longer – than an uncooked egg? Does spin differ from egg to egg, or is it all about technique? You’ll never know ‘til you try, which is what makes the game fun. Players choose an egg, spin it and mark the time. The longest spin wins!</br></br>TIP: Spin with care.
